Thanks for a bug report. This is a semi-known crash [1], introduced by an update of a webkit2gtk3 to the 2.30.x version, crashing when dropping data into the mail composer window, into the message body. One way to workaround this is to downgrade the webkit2gtk3 to the 2.28.x version. Evolution 3.38.1, which is part of the upcoming Fedora 33, contains a fix to avoid this crash.
