Description of problem:
Cannot install pagure on CentOS 8.2

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pagure-5.11.3-2.el8.noarch.rpm

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install pagure

3.

Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3.6dist(markdown) needed by pagure-5.11.3-2.el8.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)


Expected results:
dnf resolves dependencies and pagure installs correctly

You need to enable the PowerTools repository, per EPEL documentation: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL#Quickstart
