When accessibility violation is fixed please uncomment a11ytest(...) in frontend/packages/dev-console/integration-tests/support/step-definitions/common/common.ts, line 10

Verified this issue on 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-07-02-063437. using axe devtools and not find any critical accessibility issue.
