Describe the issue:

must-gather running on external mode does not collect ceph commands or any logs from external RHCS cluster.

Though we do not expect the logs to be collected as part of must-gather, but we need a note in Troubleshooting guide to highlight this , as well as refer them to RHCS admin docs


Suggestion for the Note from @Bipin (thanks Bipin) :

In external cluster, running must gather does not collect debug data/log from external ceph cluster. For collecting ceph log, <refer to log collection section in rhcs>

Adding as a blocker as this is a must-fix for OCS 4.6 docs (and  preferably for OCS 4.5 async doc updates too.

Agil,
  Why are we passing link to "understanding ceph logs" ?

  I don't see any direct section to be linked from OCS doc.  The nearest section which should be linked is chapter 11: Chapter 11. Contacting Red Hat support for service[1]. But we might need to change our wording to link this section.
