Description of problem:
Go to one network policy detail page, it shows "Namespace Details" which should be "Network Policy Details"

Hi, UXD and I18N have determined that Detail Section Headers should be 'sentance case', not 'initial/camel case', so this was updated to "Network policy details" via https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/6928

I'd wait for the 4.7 i18n changes to make the case change so we can backport this fix.

Checked on ocp 4.7 cluster, now the heading in network policy detail page has been updated.
The bug is fixed
