Description of problem:

Accounts which have at least one subscription with an unlimited quantity should not have an capacity line drawn.

This is fixed in Production. 

- chart will not display a line when sub with unlimited quantity is added to account
- in tooltip, there will be infinity symbol
- subscriptions with unlimited quantity are displayed in "Current subscriptions" table as well.
