Description of problem:
The debug screen is displaying all of the pvr/pvbs found in a cluster rather than just those that are associated with relevant backup/restores for a given migration. This is a bug in the discovery service where the filters were not being applied.

1. Run multiple migrations

All PVR/PVBs are seen

Only the PVR/PVBs for the selected migration should be seen
