vdr-vnsiserver refuses to install even if vdr is installed:

[root@htpc ~]# dnf install vdr-vnsiserver

  - nothing provides vdr(abi)(x86-64) = 2.4.1 needed by vdr-vnsiserver-1.8.0-2.fc33.x86_64
