Description of problem:
There is this link [1] that contains the information of Subscription Watch and SCA, however, it's not easy to be found.

My suggestion, add Subscription Central on this link [2] under "SYSTEM MANAGEMENT", we have already "Red Hat Subscription Management" but with no reference to "Subscription Central"
