I was trying to use `setpriv --pdeathsig`, but the version in RHEL8 was too old.

It's a very handy feature that comes up in shell scripts.

It seems we need to backport upstream commit:

And here I tried to use it *again* forgetting it's not in RHEL8:
https://github.com/containers/containers-image-proxy-rs/pull/16

In this case though, it was definitely cleaner to use a proper API instead of forking a binary at least.
