Description Rich Megginson 2020-11-06 18:19:16 UTC
Description of problem:
This PR adds support for excluding users and groups via SSSD configuration - supported was added into SSSD upstream master here SSSD/sssd#5089 but is not yet in a released version.

The new options are self-explanatory and work the same as tlog_users_sssd, and tlog_groups_sssd however the exclude options only apply in SSSD when scope=all

@jstephen here is the BZ for tracking the release of the fix. Do you want to get this into 8.3.1 or can it wait until 8.4? We'll need the usual 3ack process for this bz.

Comment 2 jstephen 2020-11-06 18:42:59 UTC
Thank you Rich, let's plan for 8.4.

Comment 5 Pavel Cahyna 2020-11-24 21:41:09 UTC
It is the only change to the role since its initial release, except for upstream CI related files. Let's resolve the request via rebase to 1.1.0.
