How reproducible:
Reproduced on 2 different installs, looked consistent to reproduce.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Migrate a stateful application with PVs using a filesystem copy
2. Look at the debug view and see if you have PodVolumeBackup or PodVolumeRestore operations
3.

Actual results:
PVB/PVR missing

Expected results:
PVB/PVR data should be listed under the debug view

Verified in MTC 1.3.2 stage

PodVolumeBackups and PodVolumeRestore resources are displayed in the debug screen now.
