Moving to baremetal-operator for further triaging since it's unlikely to be related to ironic. Honestly, it may not be specific to hardware management at all.

Looks like provisioning has been successful here, possibly a problem talking to the machine-config-operator

Tested this on a newer environment (Dell 14th generation) and it worked fine. However, looking at Shashank's environment seeing the issue. I'm unsure exactly why we see it in this 13th gen env (we've been using this config for sometime now) and not in the later 14th gen cluster
