Description of problem:

podman search doesn't give description of packages with --no-trunc option

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Podman Version:        2.0.0-rc7
Red Hat OS Version:    8.0

How reproducible:

Running podman search command to search for any available package with --no-trunc option  



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter the below command from the container host to search any available package.

# podman search --no-trunc registry.redhat.io/rhel8/postgresql-10

OR

# podman search --no-trunc postgresql-10

Actual results:

Getting output of package information without description.

Expected results:

Should get output of package information with it's description.

Moving the component to podman, as this doesn't seem to be related to the registry.redhat.io/rhel8/podman container image
