Description of problem: Satellite installer displayed upgrade information after satellite install.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Satellite 6.9.0
2. After the Satellite install we get the additional upgrade information.

 Success!
  * Satellite is running at https://XYZ.com

  * To install an additional Capsule on separate machine continue by running:

      capsule-certs-generate --foreman-proxy-fqdn "$CAPSULE" --certs-tar "/root/$CAPSULE-certs.tar"

  * To upgrade an existing 6.8 Capsule to 6.9:

      Please see official documentation for steps and parameters to use when upgrading a 6.8 Capsule to 6.9.

  * Capsule is running at https://XYZ:9090



Actual results:
Upgrade information displayed after the Satellite install.

Expected results:
Upgrade information should not be displayed after satellite installation.
