Description of problem:
vdsm-hook related packages don't exist in RHV-H x86_64 repository.

On the other hand, RHV for POWER LE contains following packages.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move RHV-H 4.4 on RHEL8 for x86_64 repository
2. Find vdsm-hook* packages.
3.

Actual results:
There is vdsm-hook-nestedvt only.

Expected results:
The same packages in POWER LE should be shipped in x86_64 repository.

Additional info:
The missing package, vdsm-hook-extra-ipv4-addrs, breaks our guide 
RHV4.4 “Administration Guide”  Part III - 1 "Assigning Additional IPv4 Addresses to a Host Network"

On the host that you want to configure additional IPv4 addresses for, install the VDSM hook package.
The package is available by default on Red Hat Virtualization Hosts but needs to be installed on Red Hat Enterprise Linux hosts.
# dnf install vdsm-hook-extra-ipv4-addrs
