Incorrect apostrophe translation of "it's" in Scheduling Disabled Popover

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto Compute > Node
2. Click on Mark as unschedulable in the Action menu
3. Click on the Scheduling disabled secondary text to view the popover description

Actual results:
The "it&apos;s" is incorrectly translated

Expected results:
Should be "it's"
