Describe the issue: There should be a explicit warning/note about mirroring the OLM (https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.5/operators/admin/olm-restricted-networks.html) in a disconnected environment.

Suggestions for improvement: Add a note linking to the olm on restricted network document explicitly.

I have reviewed Eduardo's PR, and I think it is good to go from a doc perspective (btw, this is excellent work, Eduardo!). This is a fairly trivial change, so I do not think it requires QE. I have merged the PR and cherrypicked it to the 4.5, 4.6, and 4.7 branches.
