1. Proposed title of this feature request

 Updated maven version should be made available in  jenkins-agent-maven-35-rhel7 image. 

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Current maven version is 3.5.3 and this is very old. At least 3.6.3 version should be made available.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

To build application with latest maven version.
