OCS Operator showing up

Description of problem:
The Installed Operator search does not search based on the name. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: 1/1


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Installed Operators 
2. Search for OpenShift Container Storage
3.

Actual results: Shows not found


Expected results: Should be found


Additional info: It shows up when I type 'ocs-operator'.

on Installed Operators page, search operators by its name and operator can be filtered successfully
