Verified with versions:
nispor-1.1.0-1.el8.x86_64

nispor now is able to get ethtool pause, features, coalesce and ring options and list them as fixed/changeable

Detailed test will be done with nmstate in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1934924
