.Ceph Ansible sets file and directory ownership values to `nobody:nobody` Previously, Ceph Ansible set the file and directory ownership values to `root:root`. This caused permissions issues for `alertmanager` and `prometheus` services. With this release, Ceph Ansible sets ownership to `nobody:nobody`. This eliminates the permissions issues.
