Orion , after read https://github.com/Cisco-Talos/clamav-devel/commit/29389cb7745bc46a6054b0cb3564e36635a73abc 

seems we can drop clamav-curl.patch ...

Can see the built files, clamav-filesystem = 0.103.0-1.el7 is also required.
