.Volume snapshot restore to a different pool
With this update, you can restore a volume snapshot of persistent volume claim (PVC) into a different pool than the parent volume.
Previously, a volume snapshot could only be restored into the same pool.

Great, thanks for the effort Yug. Moving this to MODIFIED, we are not backporting this to 4.8 Verified on ODF 4.9.0-118.ci. Both pods on different pools have the same data and size. There is another problem that new pool with restored data is showing wrong data (20mb instead of 3G). Will open another BZ for that. Yug, please fill the doc text. Thanks, Kusuma.
