Description of problem:

The scope of this RFE is to add coverage in tripleo-operator-ansible for validation CLI tooling.

The commands run, list, show, group info, show parameter will be included

Hey Wes,

Couple of things need to be resolved here.

1) I believe this BZ depends on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1808486, not 1971005
2) There are no plans to backport this to 16.2 at present since TOA is only coming in with 17.0 as per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1808486

Is there new information I need consider?

couple of notes:

tripleo_validator_group_info: According to usage, no need to supply group name. The role reuqires group name and fail if not supplied

tripleo_validator_show: no need for --validation

Thanks so much for all your work on this BZ.

The notes in #c4, these are the items you already raised patches for, correct?

If so, I will track down the build containing those and update this BZ, then put this back to ON_QA for a second pass, if you're happy with that.

Yes that's right and not sure why the BZ moved back to Modified
It can be safely moved to ON_QA
