same behaviour playing youtube videos

This drive me crazy playing all videos embeded, youtube, facebook and stand alone:

Temporal Fixing:

sudo dnf downgrade mutter gnome-shell

rpm -qa gnome-shell
gnome-shell-3.38.1-2.fc33.x86_64

rpm -qa mutter     
mutter-3.38.1-1.fc33.x86_64
