Description of problem:
There should be a link pointing to the templates doc after this got implemented:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1819150

however, it is missing.

1. navigate to "about" page

on 6.9.0-5

The link is properly placed at the About page and all the links+anchors work.
