Evolution printer failed error

Description of problem:

Tried to print an email as pdf from Evolution email client.
cups-pdf - failed with error "Printer not available"
print to file - failed with error "The printer replied “Error opening file â/home/marek/Desktop/invoice.pdfâ: No such file or directory”."

How reproducible:

Reinstalled cups-pdf, rebooted pc, issue remains

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open evolution
2. Select email
3. Print to file or via cups-pdf

Actual results:

Printing fails

Expected results:

PDF produced

Additional info:

Tried printing to pdf from LibreOffice and Firefox - both worked without issues.

As mentionned here[1], there is a workaround.
Adjust evolution.desktop and disable webkit sandbox
env WEBKIT_FORCE_SANDBOX=0 evolution

for people who need it.
