This problem got introduced with the enablement of hub self management in the 2.1 release. We have reimplemented the Overview UI in 2.2 and this problem has been addressed. We are also planning to fix this in the 2.1 z-stream. My apologies for not updating this earlier. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
