Description of problem:
Overview page not showing pods count of the cluster. When clicking on it, it is going to the following link and I see "!" operator in front of the cluster name:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ACM with self hub management

Actual results:
Overview page not showing pods count of the cluster.

Expected results:
Pods count should be visible for the cluster on overview page.

Additional info:
Pods can be seen on Search page after removing the "!" from the above link.

This problem got introduced with the enablement of hub self management in the 2.1 release.
We have reimplemented the Overview UI in 2.2 and this problem has been addressed.  We are also planning to fix this in the 2.1 z-stream.

My apologies for not updating this earlier.
