"[sig-apps] ReplicationController should serve a basic image on each replica with a private image" and "[sig-apps] ReplicaSet should serve a basic image on each replica with a private image" are failing due to broken/missing gcr.io/k8s-authenticated-test repository.

Upstream issue: https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/97002

We need to temporarily disable the tests to unblock PRs from merging due to closing feature freeze. PR disabling the tests here: https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/25732

Once fixed upstream (or patched downstream), the fix needs to be enabled again.
