Description of problem:
rolling_update falsely failed saying "you must add a monitoring group and add at least one node." despite a node present in inventory already

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ceph-ansible-6.0.0-0.1.alpha2.el8cp.noarch

How reproducible:
Treid thrice, facing the issue thrice

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure a 4.x cluster
2. try to upgrade the cluster to 5.x using latest ceph-ansible


Actual results:
fatal: [pluto009]: FAILED! => changed=false
  msg: you must add a monitoring group and add at least one node.


Expected results:
Playbook shouldn't fail

Working fine with ceph-ansible-6.0.0-0.1.alpha4.el8cp.noarch
