Previously, when there was no/minimal data, the default value was set for the Y-axis on graphs between the range of -1 to 1. As a result, when there was no/minimal data in the *Developer Console*, the monitoring charts or graphs, for example, CPU consumption, memory, usage, and bandwidth, show between the range of -1 to 1. However, these values could never go below 0. With this fix, the default value is updated for the Y-axis between the range of 0 to 1. As a result, the monitoring charts or graphs show between the range of 0 to 1 and none of the values show below 0. (link:https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1904106[*BZ#1904106*])

Moving to 4.8 as we likely can't get this into 4.7 due to bandwidth. Updated the doc text field. Verified on 4.12.0-0.ci-2022-10-09-233202 could see the default value for the Y-axis is [0,1]. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
