Description of problem:

The Redis Enterprise Operator (certified Red Hat Operator, not community) can be deployed via OLM via Openshift CLI but when installed on a 4.5.14 cluster, creating ReditEnterpriseCluster Custom Resource via OpenShift Console results in a crashed browser showing a blank screen and errors attached.

This is a bug for the console on 4.5.14 because this issue does not occur on 4.5.22 and greater.

When does the behavior occur? Frequency? Repeatedly? At certain times?

Seems to happen every time

So the 4.5. fix is tracked in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1884411.
If you check the last comment https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1884411#c6
you will see that the fix was for 4.5.16 z-stream.

So you need to update I guess.

Closing as dup.
