Description of problem:

The python3-pip package contains the following bad/invalid softlink:

$ ls -l /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/pip3.6
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 7 Aug 19 16:33 //usr/share/bash-completion/completions/pip3.6 -> pip-3.6

$ ls -l /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/pip-3.6
ls: cannot access '/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/pip-3.6': No such file or directory

$ rpm -qf /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/pip3.6
python3-pip-9.0.3-18.el8.noarch
