This package contains common configuration files and documentation for container
tools ecosystem, such as podman, buildah, skopeo.

It is required because the most of configuration files and docs come from projects
which are vendored into podman, buildah, skopeo, etc. but they are not packaged
separately.

fedora-review tool seems to be behaving weirdly atm (Bug 1903589) and I it's really not worth blocking this package review on that. This package is basically being split out of the main skopeo package for more convenient maintenance and only consists of a bunch of config files and manpages.
