Description of problem:
flashrom has option to use jlink debug probes for flashing.
but fedora is building using meson, which this option does not have.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install flashrom
2. flashrom -L | grep programmer\:
3. check output

Actual results:
no line mentioning j-link/libjaylink 

Expected results:
j-link/libjaylink listed
