Description of problem:
Sample-utils are not translated. They should be.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
None

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open up `frontend/packages/console-shared/src/utils/sample-utils.ts` and navigate to the `targetResource` of each one of these items and make sure they have entires in the needed translation json files

Actual results:
Not translated

Expected results:
To be translated (test via `http://localhost:9000/?pseudolocalization=true&lng=en`)
