Describe the issue:
Due to bug 1859235, after upgrade, there may be more than one template per os-flavor-workload.
When creating a Windows VM from cloned PVC (golden image), os (e.g "windows 10") and workload (e.g "desktop) must match.

Selecting Windows10 and server will not allow using a golden image (though when selecting the template, if will show that source is available).
This is because the golden image is "attached" to the newer template but the wizard may use the old template (which does not have golden image configuration)

The issue should be fixed in 2.6; this is relevant when upgrading from 2.5.0/1 to 2.5.2 and up (in 2.5 channel)
