Describe the issue: 
Fedora golden image PVC name was changed from fedora32 to fedora (bug 1897081).
As a resulrt, if the PVC was already provisioned it will no longer be attached to a template.
A new fedora PVC should be uploaded (attached to fedora OS template).

I can add a NOTE to this effect in the Golden Images assembly for 2.6.

The issue should be fixed in 2.6; this is relevant when upgrading from 2.5.0/1 to 2.5.2 and up (in 2.5 channel)
