As mentioned in BZ 1737457 (Comment 18), the "Octavia feature support matrix" should be updated to reflect that two octavia features are no longer tech preview and are now fully supported:

   - Terminated HTTPS load balancers: RHOSP 13z11
   - Amphora active-standby:          RHOSP 13z13
