Customized flow

Description of problem:
As part of golden images support in CLI, common templates were updated to support DataVolumes.
DataVolumes is expecting a NAME parameter (the VM name) to be passed.

When creating a VM from the UI:
1. If the new wizard is used - VM creation fails on "Error "Required value" for field "spec.template.spec.domain.devices.disks.name"."
2. If the user chooses to created a customized VM, hte following error appears in the disks screen:

${NAME}
Disk name must start/end with alphanumberic character

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
OCP 4.7.0, CNV 2.6.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the new templates (which use DataVolumes); will be deployed with the new operator as part of 2.6
2. From the UI, select to create a VM
3. Use the wizard or try to create a custmized VM

Actual results:
From wizard - "Error "Required value" for field "spec.template.spec.domain.devices.disks.name"."

Customized flow - ${NAME}
Disk name must start/end with alphanumberic character

Expected results:
VM creation should succeed; all boot sources and disks options should be supported.

"Cannot read property 'filter' of undefined" shows

"Cannot read property 'filter' of undefined" shows when create VM from simple wizard, it has no problem to create via customize mode.

VM name is empty

Now the VM name is empty, is it caused by the changes in https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/7660/?
