Description of problem:
As a user, when configuring the columns in Project list, I want also click on the labels and not just on the checkbox.

At least 4.7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open console, switch admin perspective if you are on another perspetive
2. Select Home > Projects
3. Open the "Manage Columns" by clicking the icon close to the search input
4. Try to enable the options by clicking on the labels

Actual results:
Clicks on labels doesn't toggle the checkboxes

Expected results:
Clicks on labels should toggle the checkboxes

Steps to Verify:
1. Open console, switch admin perspective if you are on another perspetive
2. Select Home > Projects
3. Open the "Manage Columns" by clicking the icon close to the search input
4. Try to enable the options by clicking on the labels


Clicks on labels now toggle the checkboxes
