Description of problem:
The User (or session) button in the top-right corner (main toolbar) is white/gray whenever user navigates to content->sync status page.
The rest of the pages use the dark-grey style.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. check the style of the button at any page but sync status one.
2. navigate to sync status page
3. see the difference

Not sure whether this is a regression
