Description of problem:
Searching in VSCode could result in slow/irrelevant results because the editor searches in the `yarn-x.js` file

1. Fetch latest console repo and switch to release-4.7 branch
2. open console/frontend in VSCode 
3. enable `Use Exclude Settings and Ignore Files` and search some specific strings only in frontend/.yarn/releases/yarn-1.22.10.js, such as 'verboseFilePhantomExtraneous', no results can be found.
