Description of problem:
xindy does not run because clisp was updated and it wasn't also rebuilt.

texlive-xindy-20200327-18.fc33.x86_64
clisp-2.49.93-15.a9aeb80git.fc33.x86_64


Steps to Reproduce:
1. xindy --version


Actual results:
xindy release: 2.5.1
xindy script version: 1.18
/usr/lib64/clisp-2.49.93+/base/lisp.run: initialization file `/usr/bin/xindy.mem' was not created by this version of CLISP runtime


Expected results:
No error message.
