Description of problem:
Persistent dashboard activity card shows events for all Provisioners present in openshift-storage namespace, but it should show it for only ocs based provisioners.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create PVC with gp2 provisioner
2. Navigate to Persistent storage dashboard
3. The events for this PVC will be listed here

Actual results:
The Pvc events of all provisioners are shown.

Expected results:
The activity card should only ocs based pvc events.
