Description of problem:

Drop Shadow doesn't works as expected on hover on workload for Safari and works as expected in chrome.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. In a Safari browser, navigate to the topology graph view 
2. Move the mouse over items in the view

Actual results:

Sometimes a shadow shows, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it persists even after no longer hovering.

Expected results:

A shadow should show on hovered items and should be removed when no longer hovering.
