on sat6.8.3-1

- I did full end-to-end provisioning of the rhel 8.3 host.
- bootdisk booted successfully
- anaconda started and downloaded ks file
- anaconda was able to install all required packages
- after rebooting and disconnecting the iso, it correctly booted from network
- the default boot option (chainload from hd0) worked fine and automatically booted into installed system

@pcreech any thoughts on why this wasn't closed along with 6.8.3? Seems like it shouldn't remain open if it did ship.
