Previously, when you installed the Serverless Operator, without creating the eventing custom resource, a channel card was displayed. When you clicked the card, a confusing alert message was displayed. This issue has now been fixed. The channel card, with a proper alert message, is now displayed only if the channel custom resource definition is present.

Description of problem:
Kubeadmin has the cluster-wide admin rights. And he can write anything on any namespaces. But getting error like "You do not have write access in this project." for kubeadmin

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Install OpenShift Serverless Operator

Create knative serving and do not create knative eventing CR

Steps to Reproduce
Click on Channel card from +Add page
Actual results:
You will see error: 

 
alert:Channel cannot be created
You do not have write access in this project.
 

Expected results:
User with admin rights should be able to write anything on any project. The error should be more informative and should not cause any confusion.
