Description of problem:
Incorrect hostname returned by virsh command

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot up guest and set new hostname.
2.Get VM hostname via qemu-guest-agent command 
{"execute": "guest-get-host-name"}'

3.Get hostname directly from guest os
[root@local~]hostname


Actual result:
on host:
{"execute":"guest-get-host-name"}
{"return": {"host-name": "oldtestname"}}
on guest:
[root@local~]hostname
newhostname

Expected result:
on host:
{"execute":"guest-get-host-name"}
{"return": {"host-name": "newtestname"}}
on guest:
[root@local~]hostname
newhostname

Reproduce with version :
qemu-kvm-4.2.0-38.module+el8.4.0+9133+5346b06d
RHEL-8.4.0-20201229.n.0 BaseOS x86_64

Steps to Reproduceļ¼š
1.Boot rhel840 guest successfully.
2.change hostname as "newhostname"
3.Get VM hostname via qemu-guest-agent command

4.Get hostname directly from guest os

Actual result:
on host:

{"return": {"host-name": "localhost.localdomain"}}
on guest:
[root@local~]hostname
newhostname

Expected result:
Hostname changed synchronization between host and guest.

Verified with version:
qemu-kvm-4.2.0-40.module+el8.4.0+9278+dd53883d
RHEL-8.4.0-20201229.n.0 BaseOS x86_64
